Hollidge Accessible Trail

Overview

York Regional Forest Tracts has some accessible trails as part of their trail system. Hollidge Tract Accessible Trail, at less than 1 kilometer in length, features ample trail width with a crushed limestone surface. There are several accessible spaces in the parking lot. The trail offers close-up views of red pine forest, mixed wood forest, low hardwood forest and a wetland area. It makes a great outing for the whole family that is best enjoyed from April to October to avoid icy conditions. There are two other accessible trails currently in the York Regional Forest Tracts within Whitchurch-Stouffville. The others are North Tract at 17054 Highway 48 (South of Davis Drive) and Hall Tract at 15681 McCowan Road, (North of Aurora Road ).
